Confirmed crops
Western Rye currently advertises corn, wheat, beans and barley. Steam says crops grow through four stages from sprout to harvest in a crop planter.
That is enough to confirm the farming loop, but not enough to publish invented grow times, seed prices, yield counts or profit-per-minute tables. Those values must come from the Early Access build.
Confirmed ranch animals
Steam lists chickens, cattle and pigs. Developer posts have consistently described raising animals as part of the homestead fantasy.
Farming and the wider economy
Developer discussions describe a broader plan where players can take on farming and hunting roles and trade goods. The official page also confirms NPC trading. We therefore expect farming to connect to survival and money-making, but any exact buy/sell values remain launch-build research.
